Here at ‘Freeway’ we pride ourselves in delivering a first class service to our customers, we are guided by our values, and in particular around Treating our Customers Fairly. We are transparent with our customers and on each complaint, treat every customer as an individual and aim to resolve complaints efficiently and fairly.

We accept that we don’t always get things right, and customer have the right to make a complaint, and importantly here at ‘Freeway’ we want to learn from our customers to make sure we improve the service we provide.

The data contained in this document is complaints we have received from the 30th June 2016 to 31st December 2016 (6 months).
